Refund policy

We want you to love your online purchase. If for any reason you don't, we're happy to accept your return if you notify us within 1 day (24 hours) of the date you received the item (for pick-ups, of the purchase date) by sending an email to info@artagallery.ca. We will provide you with a full refund of the item's purchase price, less applicable packaging and shipping charges. We do not refund shipping costs.

To qualify for a refund, your returned item must be received within 7 days of receipt, in the exact same condition as you initially received it.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any items sold as "Clearance Price Final Sale".

Please allow at least 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item to process your refund.
