Gholamhossein Nami

Gholamhossein Babaei Nami is an Iranian painter, author, educator.

Man in our time is saturated with sculpted and painted forms. The conventional static images do not satisfy the needs for artistry in a modern man; hence the necessity for abandoning the familiar forms and creating a new area, in which the foundation of creations are based on a firm collaboration between time and space. In the artist's opinion, in being "ambiguous," space moves towards its evolution, or in the other words, towards a fifth dimension that we call" ambiguity" and "freedom." This obscure dimension is tangible and comprehensive in the White Series through the sense of sight.
