Megan Katz and Juan Felipe Portillo work collaboratively to create pastel drawings using automatism. Journey into dreamland features a body of works that are a reflection and critique on today’s society. Themes of the underworld, dreamstates, and psychedelia are all present in the artwork. Megan and Juan use their platform as artists to be activists of positive social change in their communities.
