She uses a visual language that is an expression of not just the physical world around her, but interactions, time, sound, data, even narrative—the visual residue of her passage through life. Her work translates experience and thought into richly layered paintings with a resonant sense of place.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFollowing her BFA, Taylor worked in graphic design, interactive media and photography, all of which inform her work today. In 2016 she returned to fine art and has been building her studio practice since.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTaylor’s work is in collections in Canada, Bermuda, the US, the UK, and has been seen in Style at Home, Contemporary Artist, and Uppercase magazines, and on HGTV Home Tours. It may be a moment of calm or peace, or maybe of excitement, awe or joy—but that right there, that fleeting glimpse of the energy and connection of our world—that’s why I make
