Sept 2022 Korean Exhibition - David Ruben Piqtoukun

Part of The Soul of East and West Korean exhibit is the work of David Ruben Piqtoukun.

David is an Inuvialuk artist born in Paulatuk and he is known as an accomplished multi media sculptor and printmaker. Piqtoukun celebrates the Inuit culture by telling legends and mythologies of his people through carving. Piqtoukun’s works have been featured in private collections, museums around the world, including the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto.
